Yoga is one of the best exercises designed to calm and make the body more limber and flexible. It has recently become popular in Kuwait, with many places now offering yoga for women, moms and daughters and even prenatal yoga.

Prenatal yoga has many advantages including helping to reduce stress levels, staying in shape during pregnancy and helping to prepare the body for work. For moms and daughters, the benefits include spending quality time together, teaching girls healthy exercise habits and being conscious.
